Carole studied psychology at Oxford and has spent her career in planning with a number of leading advertising & through-the-line agencies in London, including JWT, WCRS, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy. In 1994, she set up LB Innovations, the strategic and idea generation unit within the Leo Burnett Group, which was founded to incorporate the latest experimental workshop techniques. In 2007 she founded London Brand Innovations which specialises in creating imaginative, team-based programmes to help clients come up with more innovative and effective approaches to their business and brand issues.
Carole is currently a Planning Director for American Express International working with Ogilvy on their Realise the Potential campaign. She is a trained research moderator and workshop facilitator and a full member of the Market Research Society.
